Day 3: Medicine Balls - 9/20

I'm soooo sore...Again.
I knew it. The medicine balls made it worse. I couldn't even walk down stairs yesterday. And i won't be able to again today.
The workouts:
we did 10 reps, like 50 times...I think
  1. Squats lift up
  2. Squats lift out
  3. Chopping wood cutter...thing
  4. Cherry Pickers
